Donegal Group raises quarterly dividend to 1.5% to 17.25c per share

Donegal Group reported that its board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.1725 per share of the Company’s Class A common stock and $0.155 per share of the Company’s Class B common stock. The dividends are payable on May 22, 2024 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 8, 2024. These dividends represent percentage increases of 1.5% for the Company’s Class A common stock and 1.6% for the Company’s Class B common stock compared to the previous quarterly cash dividend rates.
