BMO Capital lowered the firm’s price target on Domino’s Pizza to $525 from $575 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The company’s Q2 earnings beat was driven by investment gains, lower taxes, and better international comps, though these were partially offset by slightly softer U.S. comps and lower margins, the analyst tells investors in a research note. BMO adds that its tempered estimates are due to more conservative margin assumptions and a slightly lower modeled multiple.
