Barclays lowered the firm’s price target on Dominion to $45 from $52 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares ahead of the Q3 report. The analyst sees “considerable pressure” to fiscal 2023 and 2024 earnings estimates as Dominion moves LDCs to discontinued operations. However, the firm views 2025 as the true “starting off point” for a share price recovery.
