The Treasury updated domestic content guidance for Inflation Reduction Act tax credit adders on Wednesday, featuring higher credits for domestic solar cells and wafers, rooftop rails, battery cells, residential battery containers, and lower for rooftop inverters, and production credits, Mizuho analyst Maheep Mandloi tells investors in a research note. The firm says this is positive for First Solar (FSLR) and Canadian Solar (CSIQ) and negative for Enphase Energy (ENPH) and SolarEdge (SEDG).
