DOJ passes on challenging Thoma Bravo, ForgeRock deal, Bloomberg says

Thoma Bravo will close its $2.3B acquisition of ForgeRock (FORG) this week after the Justice Department declined to challenge the deal, Leah Nylen of Bloomberg reports, citing people familiar with the decision. The companies met with top Justice Department officials last month in a bid to avoid a suit, Bloomberg reported earlier. Thoma Bravo announced in October that it would buy ForgeRock for $23.25 per share. Shares of ForgeRock are up 6% to $23.16 following the report.
