BofA lowered the firm’s price target on DocuSign to $60 from $72 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares after Q1 results that the firm describes as “a mixed bag.” Despite a “modestly better” Q1, “lackluster” guidance for 6% subs growth is unchanged and the FY25 margin outlook is unchanged, added the analyst, who sees limited near term catalysts.
