Docebo announced a CEO succession plan for Claudio Erba, founder of the company. Erba will be stepping away from his role as CEO and a member of the board of directors and will be transitioning to the role of chief innovation officer. The board has appointed Alessio Artuffo to the role of interim CEO effective March 1, 2024. Docebo also announced that the board has approved a substantial issuer bid under which the company will offer to repurchase for cancellation up to $100M of its outstanding common shares at a price of $55.00 per common share.
