Citi lowered the firm’s price target on Dish to $4.25 from $6 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The firm updated its model to incorporate the company’s Q3 results. Citi says it model reflects the risks from higher costs, as the company is ramping up the marketing for its new 5G retail service.
