Digital World Acquisition to postpone general meeting of shareholders

In a regulatory filing, the company stated: “On August 16, 2023, Digital World Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation determined to postpone the Company’s extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders from the previously scheduled date of Thursday, August 17, 2023. The Special Meeting will now be held on September 5, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. There is no change to the location, the record date, the purpose or any of the proposals to be acted upon at the Special Meeting.”
