UBS analyst John Hodulik upgraded Digital Realty (DLR) to Buy from Neutral with a price target of $205, up from $147. The shares outperformed in 2025 but the risk is “skewed to the upside” given an unabated demand pipeline and the potential for further improvement in data center rents, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm sees secular tailwinds and improved fundamentals support accelerating growth at Digital Realty.
