Dick’s Sporting Goods (DKS) is close to an agreement to acquire Foot Locker (FL) for about $2.3B or $24 per share, The Wall Street Journal’s Lauren Thomas reports, citing people familiar with the matter. The deal could be finalized as soon as tomorrow, the report states.
