Delta and Aeromexico have sued the U.S. government, challenging an order for the companies to dissolve a joint venture by January 1st that allows the carriers to coordinate scheduling, pricing, and capacity decisions for flights between the U.S. and Mexico, David Shepardson of Reuters reports. The companies filed a legal challenge in the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday related to the U.S. Transportation Department’s decision issued September 15.
