Del Taco (JACK) has announced yet another example of its Del Taco Better Mex brand promise through a collaboration with The Boston Beer Company (SAM). The two brands have come together to offer award-winning Samuel Adams Boston Lager in Del Taco’s fish taco beer batter recipe because better beer makes better fish tacos. Each taco features a wild-caught Alaska Pollock fillet coated in beer batter and topped with crunchy shredded cabbage and house-made pico de gallo served with a fresh-cut lime wedge.
