Dana explores sale of off-highway business, Bloomberg reports

Dana (DAN) is exploring a sale of its off-highway business amid sluggish demand in its key markets, David Carnevali, Aaron Kirchfeld and Michelle Davis of Bloomberg report, citing people familiar with the matter. Dana is working with advisers on the potential divestment and the business could fetch a few billion dollars in a sale, sources told Bloomberg. One the people said the process is at a very early stage.
