Texas Capital raised the firm’s price target on D.R. Horton (DHI) to $157 from $142 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares ahead of the Q3 report. The firm cites the shift in Federal Reserve policy towards lower rates for the target bump. However, D.R. Horton is entering a period of seasonally softer demand, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
