The Communications Workers of America union has filed a complaint with the U.S. National Labor Relations Board accusing Activision Blizzard (ATVI) of illegally firing two video game testers for using "strong language" in protest of a new company policy that limits remote work, Reuters’ Daniel Wiessner reports. Small groups of game testers at three of the "Call of Duty" maker’s subsidiaries opted to join the CWA last year, the author notes.
