Culper Research short Archer Aviation, says company ‘outright lied’ to investors

Culper Research says it is short Archer Aviation (ACHR), as the firm believes that over the past 12 months, Archer has “systematically misled, deceived, or outright lied” to investors about virtually every supposed milestone related to its development and testing of its eVTOL aircraft, Midnight. Archer is “attempting to conceal” a far more deep-seated problem in Midnight’s “sham” transition flight and underlying instability, the firm argues, adding that Archer’s continued promotion of near-term commercialization is “not only premature, but reckless.”
