Jefferies analyst Brent Thill notes that CS Disco CEO and Co-Founder Kiwi Camara “abruptly resigned” from management and the board, adding that the firm has “yet to see a CEO abruptly step down from a co. he founded and from the Board simultaneously” with two weeks left to go in a quarter. Camara’s abrupt departure also raises questions around the company’s Cecilia AI chatbot, says the firm, which stays on the sidelines given “subpar execution” despite what it views as an “attractive valuation.” Jefferies keeps a Hold rating and $10 price target on CS Disco shares.
