Credo Technology (CRDO) announced it has reached a license and settlement agreement with Volex (VLXGF) related to Credo’s patents covering its active electrical cable technology. Based on the agreement, the lawsuit between the parties will be promptly dismissed, bringing an end to their patent dispute. The terms of the agreement remain confidential. In a joint statement, executives from both companies announced, “We are pleased to have reached an amicable resolution.”
