Credit Suisse (CS) whistleblowers say the bank never fully lived up to its 2014 U.S. plea agreement, CNBC’s Eamon Javers reports. According to Javers, the whistleblowers say Credit Suisse "continued to hide millions of US $ in the bank even after it said it would cooperate with the US. Unknown liability for UBS (UBS) here."
