BofA lowered the firm’s price target on Cracker Barrel (CBRL) to $42 from $48 and keeps an Underperform rating on the shares after stronger fiscal Q4 restaurant comp growth was “overshadowed by the recent uproar” around the company’s logo change and store prototype test. The firm lowered its fiscal Q1 EBITDA estimate as it incorporates an assumed same-store sales growth decline, noting that its FY26 EBITDA and EPS estimates also come down as a result.
