BMO Capital analyst Daniel Jester raised the firm’s price target on Coupa Software to $81 from $72 and keeps a Market Perform rating on the shares after the company agreed to be acquired by Thoma Bravo. Coupa’s Q3 reported metrics were consistent with previously seen moderate deceleration, including revenue growth of 17% y/y and EBIT margins of ~ 8%, Jester tells investors in a research note.
