Reports Q2 revenue $463.68M, consensus $467.46M. Damon Hininger, CoreCivic’s president and CEO, said, “Our second quarter financial results were better than our forecast and we are increasing our financial outlook for the year. We are increasing our financial outlook despite the challenging labor market, above average inflation and a higher interest rate environment. During the second quarter, we continued to execute on our long-term capital allocation strategy of reducing debt by repurchasing $21.0 million of our 8.25% Senior Notes that are scheduled to mature on April 15, 2026, through open market purchases.”
