In a regulatory filing on Tuesday, Compass announced that COO Greg Hart will depart the company, effective December 31. Subsequently, the role of COO will be eliminated, Compass said. Under Hart’s previously-disclosed Change in Control and Severance Agreement, he will be entitled to receive certain severance benefits.
