Comcast (CMCSA) has hired Goldman Sachs (GS) and Morgan Stanley (MS) to evaluate an offer for Warner Bros Discovery’s (WBD) studio and streaming businesses, Dawn Chmielewski, Amy-Jo Crowley, Dawn Kopecki and Milana Vinn of Reuters reports, citing sources familiar with the matter. Comcast has been granted access to the data room, which contains the financial information it would need to make a bid, two of the sources familiar with the matter told Reuters.
