Scotiabank analyst Himanshu Gupta raised the firm’s price target on Colliers International to $150 from $135 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. Based on the firm’s model, Scotiabank believes Colliers can achieve the midpoint of its FY24 revenue and EBITDA guidance but expects FY24 EPS to be at the low end of its guidance range, the analyst tells investors.
