Cogent increases quarterly dividend to 99.5c per share

On November 6, Cogent’s (CCOI) board approved a regular quarterly dividend of 99.5c per share payable on December 6 to shareholders of record on November 22. This fourth quarter regular dividend represents an increase of 1c per share, or 1%, from the third quarter regular dividend of 98.5c per share and an annual increase of 4.2% from the fourth quarter 2023 dividend of 95.5c per share.
