On May 8, Cogent’s board approved a regular quarterly dividend of 97.5c per share payable on June 7 to shareholders of record on May 23. This second quarter 2024 regular dividend represents an increase of 1c per share, or 1%, from the first quarter 2024 regular dividend of 96.5c per share and an annual increase of 4.3% from the second quarter 2023 dividend of 93.5c per share.
