Cogent increases quarterly dividend 1.1% to 95.5c per share

Cogent’s board approved a regular quarterly dividend of 95.5c per share payable on December 8 to shareholders of record on November 24. This fourth quarter regular dividend represents an increase of 1c per share, or 1.1%, from the third quarter regular dividend of 94.5 per share and an annual increase of 4.4% from the fourth quarter 2022 dividend of 91.5c per share.
