Coca-Cola is seeking a takeover of healthy soda maker Poppi, Bloomberg’s Gillian Tan, Crystal Tse, and Brett Pulley report, citing people with knowledge of the matter. The beverage giant is among suitors pursuing an acquisition of the company, the authors note.
