CME, S&P in talks to sell Osttra joint venture, Bloomberg reports

CME Group (CME) and S&P Global (SPGI) are weighing a sale of a joint venture offering post-trade services in the foreign exchange and derivatives markets, Ryan Gould and Gillian Tan of Bloomberg report, citing people familiar with the matter. The companies are working with financial advisers to seek buyers for the venture called Osttra and the unit may be valued at $2B to $4B, including debt, depending on how a deal is structured, sources told Bloomberg.
