CLPS announced that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend of 10c per share of common stock. It is payable on December 13 to shareholders of record as of December 4, 2023. The aggregate amount of the payment to be made in connection with this special cash dividend will be approximately $2.56M. This special cash dividend follows the Company’s initial special cash dividend of 5c per share, paid on January 10.
