Clover Health (CLOV) announced the appointment of Peter Kuipers as CFO effective as of the day after the filing of the company’s quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter-ended March 31. Kuipers will drive strategic financial initiatives around profitability, growth and potential new revenue streams. Kuipers brings over 25 years of experience to the CFO role at Clover. Kuipers was the former executive VP and CFO at Omnicell (OMCL).
