Closing Bell Movers: BrightSpring Health up 6% on S&P 600 inclusion

Tuesday trading on Wall Street started on the backfoot with U.S.-China trade spat back in play as China Trade Ministry sanctioned US units of Hanwha Ocean, but worries eased and stocks bounced midday once US Trade Rep Greer said the administration is hoping for a good relationship with Beijing.  Consumer Staples and Industrials led among the S&P 500 indices, with Financials also trading strongly as large US banks kicked off the earnings season with a series of beats.
