Clear Secure announces 25c per share special cash dividend

Clear Secure announced that Clear’s board of directors has approved and declared a special cash dividend in the amount of 25c per share, payable on December 7 to holders of record of Class A Common Stock and Class B common stock as of the close of business on November 28.
