BofA downgraded Citizens Financial to Neutral from Buy with a price target of $33, down from $37, following updated FY23 NII guidance that fell short of estimates. The firm does not believe valuation support will be enough to drive sustained stock outperformance and sees better risk/reward elsewhere in the group, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
