Citi analyst Steven Zaccone opened a “30 day positive catalyst watch” on shares of Floor & Decor while keeping a Neutral rating on the name with a $111 price target The company’s Q4 same-store-sales and earnings should beat Street estimates and the 2025 guidance “likely gets bought as beatable and conservative,” the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says macro concerns are largely priced into Floor & Decor with mortgage rates finding some stability. While tariffs are a “wildcard,” it but could be a positive for 2025 ticket growth, adds Citi.
