Cigna (CI) has filed a lawsuit against CVS (CVS) and chief product officer Amy Bricker for the alleged violation of her noncompete agreement, Bloomberg Law reports. Cigna said in the complaint filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri that Bricker’s new role would "inevitably require her to use and disclose Cigna’s confidential and trade secret business information," and is seeking a preliminary injunction to prevent Bricker from starting her new position, which is slated to begin in February.
