Cigna (CI), Humana (HUM) and Prime Therapeutics are being sued by the Ohio attorney general for alleged price fixing, The Wall Street Journal’s Jared S. Hopkins reports. According to the suit, the companies shared pricing and other information gathered by a Swiss subsidiary to gain leverage during negotiations with drugmakers for rebates, and restricted coverage of some insulins and other medicines due to the collusion.
