China’s Ministry of Commerce said it banned senior executives at defense contractors Raytheon Missiles & Defense (RTX) and Lockheed Martin (LMT) from entering, working, staying, and residing in China since February 16, Reuters reports. The country banned the two U.S. companies from carrying out import and export activities with Chinese firms in an effort to prevent Chinese products from being used in their military businesses, the report notes.
