Northland lowered the firm’s price target on Chicken Soup for the Soul to $4 from $18 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares after the company reported Q4 results and announced a public offering of 4,688,015 common shares at $2.30 per share on March 31. The quarter was driven by the Redbox acquisition, which is "causing real headaches," and weak theatrical releases, the analyst tells investors.
