Cheesecake Factory reinstated with a Neutral at BofA

BofA reinstated coverage of Cheesecake Factory with a Neutral rating and $33 price target. Margins are being pressured near-term by the longer maturity curve and in addition to margin headwinds, the firm also sees risk to topline growth from slower consumer spending and “still somewhat untested brand portability,” the analyst tells investors.
