Ceridian announced it is furthering its sustainability commitment with two new actions that demonstrate its ambition to reduce its annual greenhouse gas emissions in line with the goals of the Paris Agreement and the best available climate science. The first is a new target to reduce Scope 3 emissions intensity per revenue by more than 50% before 2030 from a 2019 baseline. The second is a commitment to work with the Science Based Targets initiative to validate this new Scope 3 target, its existing Scope 1 and 2 emissions reduction target, and its ongoing pledge to source 100% renewable electricity across its global facilities.
