Celestica in sights of activist Engaged Capital, The Deal says

Coming off a successful campaign to shake up Benchmark Electronics (BHE), Engaged Capital’s Glenn Welling has set his eyes on peer Celestica (CLS), people familiar with the situation told The Deal, contacts tell The Fly that the M&A-focused news service reported. It is "a serious possibility" that Welling seeks to push for operational improvements or changes in the C-Suite, but "Welling also frequently pushes for some M&A activities," the report is said to state.
