JPMorgan analyst Kenneth Worthington upgraded Cboe Global Markets to Neutral from Underweight with a price target of $195, up from $168, following the Q2 report. The firm sees a period of higher volatility driving greater activity at the company’s flagship Cboe products, including VIX and SPX options. Cboe reported solid Q2 earnings and JPMorgan is “a big, but quiet fan of new CEO Fred Tomczky and the early steps he’s taking,” the analyst tells investors in a research note.
