Carlyle Group (CG) and Lone Star Funds have joined Apollo Global (APO) in the sale process for Arconic (ARNC), Dealreporter reports, citing people familiar with the matter, contacts tell The Fly. The publication, citing a source, says at least two other parties are also involved in the process, which is expected to go through April. Shares of Arconic are up 2% to $27.22 in midday trading.
