Canoo (GOEV) is facing a lawsuit from a supplier for breach of contract related to unpaid work on six electric delivery vans ordered by the U.S. Postal Service, Electric Vehicle’s Claudio Afonso reports, citing sources. Canoo outsourced the painting and surfacing work on the vans, asking the supplier to provide personnel for the job. Sources from the supplier said Canoo ‘didn’t do anything in-house’ and has yet to remit payment for the work.
