Wells Fargo analyst Allison Poliniak-Cusic lowered the firm’s price target on Canadian National to $115 from $120 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares after outlook came in below expectations. Merchandise and intermodal traffic are expected to be soft, driving the weakness, the firm believes. Offsetting productivity will be incremental cost headwinds, Wells argues.
