The company is benefiting from the growing adoption of chiplet architectures as AI chips Camtek die sizes larger, the analyst tells investors in a research note. With over 60% of its revenue exposed to packaging, CAMT is Evercore’s “top SMID-Cap advanced packaging play”, the firm added.
