BMO Capital upgraded Camden Property Trust to Outperform from Market Perform with a price target of $126, up from $125. Camden has been a significant underperformer year-to-date versus overall apartment peers, and now trades at a 6.3% implied cap rate, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says the “risks are more than priced in” while the company “owns a stellar balance sheet.”
